no signal

I’ve kept my old number and deleted the I’d mobile number from

my phone and now I have e to signal. Please can you help me to get signal

    Hi ​@Jesminara,

     

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your signal, please could you try the below troubleshooting steps:

     

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new/current number, it should stat +44
    • Tap Save

     

    Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Messages
    3. Turn iMessage OFF
    4. Go to Settings > General
    5. Tap Reset
    6. Choose Reset Network Settings
    7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    8. Tap Messages
    9. Turn iMessage ON again

     

    Your iPhone should now recognise the new/current SIM and verify your number.

    Hi Michael, I'm having same issue with my daughter's iPhone she's had no signal for months thought it was her phone, bought a new phone, didn't fix issue, got new SIM card didn't fix issue. SIM card works on my Samsung can you help please. Sorry to jump on this thread didn't want to start a new one as it looks like the same issue
