    Hi @Plouise1998,

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your signal. Please could you try the below steps to see if this improves the issue.

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Phone
    • Tap My Number
    • Delete the old number
    • Enter the new/current number
    • Tap Save

Then follow these steps to refresh iMessage:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Tap Messages
    3. Turn iMessage OFF
    4. Go to Settings > General
    5. Tap Reset
    6. Choose Reset Network Settings
    7. Once your iPhone restarts, go back to Settings
    8. Tap Messages
    9. Turn iMessage ON again

Your iPhone should now recognise the SIM and verify your number to get it working again.

If this does not work, please could you confirm your full postcode so that I can check the coverage in your area to see if there are any outages.

    Regards,

    Hi @Plouise1998.

I am sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing ongoing signal issues with your new iPhone.

Please use the following link to check the coverage in your area:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

If coverage looks good, please also try the following steps:

Turn your phone off and on again
Remove and reinsert your SIM card
Try your SIM in another phone, or another SIM in your phone if possible

This will help determine whether the issue is with the handset, SIM card, or network coverage.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
