no signal at all in LA10 today. - please help

So we have no signal today in LA105AU. And I can’t login using the app either.  Something has gone wrong with the network because nothing has changed with my phone. Please advise

I can’t see any issues in your area, have you tried resetting your network settings and testing the SIM in another handset?

Are calls and texts working or is it affecting all services?
