No signal coverage for texts, calls and data around my home

Approx a 1km radius around my home I get no signal other than on WiFi call since a phone tower (on Prestwich Street, m46) has been burnt down for the last 5 month and still to be fixed.

i am paying £50 and 50% of the time cannot use my plan
