No signal for weeks RH13 area.

No mobile signal at RH13 ( where I live) for about three weeks. The service status has said there is an issue which is being investigated since at least Oct 21. 
I can make calls elsewhere with no problem. When will this be resolved please!

As I have already stated in my message - 

‘The service status has said there is an issue which is being investigated since at least Oct 21.’

The coverage is supposed to be’ excellent’ for 4G.

I have just checked again on the service status - still the same message.

‘We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.’

So - any progress? As I said before, I have checked the network status and coverage . Status today is same again - same old meaningless message -

‘We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. 

We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.’

I can receive a signal in other areas, so it’s not my phone or the SIM card. What  is the problem here and when can I expect a resolution?  According to your coverage checker the signal is supposed to be excellent!

@K.Putt  As stated there's working being carried out that's has an impact on your services in a particular area. IDMobile have to rely on Three/Vodafone to fix the problem, there maybe many factors that may or will delay work's being carried out. Access rights, police investigation, faulty equipment etc etc. While this does not help your current situation ID Mobile can't guarantee a time the full services will resume I'm afraid.
