No signal in house

I have no phone signal in my house or garden, only WhatsApp when joined to the WiFi. I have access to everything (when connected to WiFi) apart from my normal phone calls & texts. The phone signal isn’t too bad when I’m at work & driving. The coverage checker says it should be a good signal! Any advice? I have only just ‘signed up’ so may just have to cancel & try a different company :(

Hi @Penguin25 ,

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you’ve only just signed up with us.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

-Restart your device – Sometimes a simple reboot can refresh the connection.
-Enable Wi-Fi Calling – This allows you to make calls and send texts over Wi-Fi when signal is weak. You can check this in your phone settings.
-Check Network Settings – Ensure your device is set to automatically select the network and that mobile data is enabled.
-Test in Different Locations – If the signal improves elsewhere, it may be a local coverage issue.
-Update Your Device Software – Keeping your phone updated can help resolve connectivity issues.

Hi.
I’ve done all of the above. I think it might just be this house. The internet often drops & we have power cuts in the area, so when the WiFi goes I have no phone at all.

Hi @Penguin25 ,

Thank you for letting us know. It sounds like the signal issue may be linked to local connectivity problems in your area, especially since you mentioned frequent internet drops and power cuts. When Wi-Fi goes down, having no mobile signal can definitely be frustrating.
