    Hi @kerrymcnaney1

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing a loss of signal with your iD Mobile service. I understand how frustrating this can be.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart your handset and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect to the network.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then switch it off.
    • Set your handset to 4G/LTE only

4G can provide a more stable connection than 5G in some locations, particularly indoors.

    For iPhone:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
    3. Select Voice & Data.
    4. Choose 4G or LTE.
    5. Restart the iPhone and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.

    For Android:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap Connections, Network & Internet or Mobile Networks.
    3. Select Mobile Network.
    4. Tap Network Mode or Preferred Network Type.
    5. Select 4G/LTE only or the closest available 4G option.
    6. Restart the handset.

Please then test calls and mobile data while connected to 4G only.

    • Check that your handset software is fully up to date.
    • If you're using a physical SIM, switch your handset off, remove and reinsert the SIM securely, then restart the device.
    • Make sure Automatic Network Selection is enabled in your mobile network settings. If necessary, temporarily switch it off while stationary, select the iD Mobile/Three network if available, and then re-enable automatic selection after testing.
    • If possible, test your SIM in another compatible, unlocked handset to establish whether the issue is related to the SIM or handset.

Once you've completed these steps, please test your calls, texts and mobile data again.

If you're still unable to connect to the network, please contact us via Live Chat. Our team will be able to complete the necessary security checks, check the network coverage and any reported issues in your area, and provide further assistance.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
