no signal or 4G/5G

For the past week I have not been able to get any signal or 4G/5G. It happens intermittently but when it does appear I still cannot access anything or receive calls/texts despite having full signal. I have checked for outages but nothing has been mentioned. Please could someone help - thank you

I have tried all of these issues and it’s not working. The rest of my family are ID and there’s is working

We're sorry to hear that you've tried all of the troubleshooting steps and you're still having the same issue, especially if the rest of your family on iD Mobile are connected without any problems.

At this stage, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat to request a replacement SIM, as this can sometimes resolve issues like this.
