no signal/service for days

How or who do I log signal issues too? I have 3 lines and where I live over the past few months have had zero service intermittently lasting for days at a time. Even when I do have signal the data won’t work until I get about 2 miles outside of my village. It wasn’t like this in the beginning otherwise I wouldn’t have had multiple lines. I’m now without service again and this is the 3rd day on this occasion already. WiFi calling is poor so can’t rely on that either. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tyler, the postcode is np22 5hu and the phones are iPhone 16 pro, iPhone 13 and Samsung s24 fe. 
 

I have 3 sim replacements due today. This will supposedly fixed the issue but I can’t see how I would have 3 faulty SIM cards in 3 separate phones all with the same issue in the same location. 
 

I have signal now today after zero service for 4 days. This will work now for maybe a week and then be the same again.
