Since joining have had no useable signal in IP18 6DN postcode. I have gone through all the checks etc with my phone and sim. I know people with sky mobile (also uses 3 network) that have same issue. When will 3 admit it doesn’t provide any signal in this postcode? I moved from VODAPHONE which always has network access. If 3 and VODAPHONE share equipment now how come 3 customers cannot connect to the VODAPHONE network? The network checker is not showing the correct information.
Any help would be appreciated before I cancel ID mobile and return to VODAPHONE.
