No signal unable to use 4g data for 3 days

I have had no signal for 3 days, i cant use my 4g data and cant make phone calls. ive tried everything from airplane mode on off to removing the sim, cleaning it but not joy. How can i sort this issue out? i am on sim only. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you've been without service for the last 3 days. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you've already tried several troubleshooting steps.

To help us investigate further, please can you confirm the following:

• What handset are you using (make and model)?
• Are you seeing "No Service", "Emergency Calls Only", or any signal bars?
• Are you able to receive calls or texts at all?
• Have you recently changed your SIM, handset, or account details?

If possible, please also try your SIM card in another compatible handset. This will help determine whether the issue is related to the SIM card or the device itself.

Once we have this information, we'll be able to advise on the next steps and investigate the issue further for you.
