Hi @jmcnamara252
I do apologize that you don’t have the WiFi calling option on your phone.
Could you please check if your phone is updated with the latest software? Also, try the following steps to find and activate the WiFi calling option:
Through the Quick Settings Panel:
Swipe down twice from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel.
Tap the Wi-Fi Calling icon to activate WiFi calling.
Through the Phone App:
Open the Phone app.
Tap the More options icon (three dots).
Tap Settings.
Tap the switch to activate Wi-Fi Calling.
If a pop-up appears asking you to enter emergency contact information, please review and enter the details requested, then tap Save.
To deactivate Wi-Fi calling, simply tap the switch again.
To set your Wi-Fi calling preferences:
Open the Phone app.
Tap the More options icon (three dots).
Tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi Calling, then choose your preference:
Mobile network preferred: Your mobile network will be used for calls, but if it’s unavailable, Wi-Fi will be used.
Wi-Fi preferred: Your phone will use Wi-Fi for calls whenever available; if Wi-Fi is unavailable, the mobile network will be used.
