Hi.
I recently switched to a 12 month ID Mobile from Vodafone and opted for an eSim in my Samsung S24Plus phone (purchased from Samsung directly). However, I no longer have the option of “WiFi Calling” in the Connections menu. I have followed numerous suggestions. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to get the enable “WiFi Calling” toggle switch in the connections settings to become available?

Hi.
The icon for “WiFi Calling” has been added in the quick settigs and can be toggled on and off but it cannot be selected from within the Connections menu in Settings. Could this be a quirk of having an eSim?

+19No, the eSIM shouldn’t affect it

Yes, followed the link you gave. By following that, I can confirm that the “WiFi Calling” quick link turns on and off, and controls the link in the Phone App also. Is there a way that I can test whether WiFi calling is working (I tried putting the phone into Airplane Mode but this doesn’t work as it tells me to take the phone out of Airplane Mode before allowing me to make a call!).
