Ensure ROAMING is enabled on your device; on my ANDROID it’s in MOBILE DATA switch.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to use mobile data when you're away from Wi-Fi.

Could you please try the following:

• Make sure Mobile Data is switched on.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Restart your phone.
• Check that you have signal bars showing on the device.
• Ensure any Data Saver or Low Data Mode settings are disabled temporarily.

For iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data.
2. Ensure Mobile Data is switched On.
3. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
4. Select Reset Network Settings.

For Android

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections).
2. Tap Mobile Network.
3. Ensure Mobile Data is switched On.
4. Go to Settings > General Management (or System) > Reset.
5. Select Reset Mobile Network Settings or Reset Network Settings.

After completing the steps, restart the phone and test your mobile data again with Wi-Fi turned off.

If the issue continues, please let us know:

• The make and model of your phone.
• Whether calls and texts are working normally.
• Whether this happens in one location or everywhere.
