Not able to get reception

Hi,

I got back from holiday a month ago and since then i have had reception issues. it shows i have reception 5g/4g but there is no internet connection and i am not able to make calls or receive text without wifi. Sometimes it just comes up emergency calls only. My husband is on ID too and his signal is fine. I have changed to eSIM but that hasnt helped.  Can someone help me with this please?

m sorry to hear about the reception issues you’ve been experiencing. Here are some steps we recommend to try and resolve this:

Restart your device – switch it off and on again.

Check Network Settings – ensure mobile data and 4G/5G are enabled.

Airplane Mode – turn it on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.

Check SIM/eSIM – make sure the SIM or eSIM is properly active and inserted.

Test in a Different Location – see if signal improves outside your home.

Network Selection – manually select the iD Mobile network in settings.

Alternative Device – if possible, test your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists.
 

If these steps do not resolve the issue, let us now so we can send out a replacement SIM card.

Hi, tried all these steps with no success.

 

currently, the esim is returning a message 'not registered on Networks so tried to reinstall the esim from the QR code and it's saying 'plan already in use'.

 

Please cancel the existing eSim and generate a new eSim QR code to be loaded on my phone.
