not able to make calls or receive

Can’t make calls, it doesn’t ring just stays silent, tried multiple numbers. Also can’t receive calls. Tried restarting my phone nothings working.Data is working fine.

Hi @M172,

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
If you’re using a physical SIM, remove it, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth and reinsert it securely.
Check that your handset software is up to date.
Turn Automatic Network Selection off, allow the available networks to load and select iD Mobile/Three UK manually. Once connected, switch Automatic selection back on.
Perform a network settings reset:
- iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.

Please note that a network reset may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.
