Not able yo call or use internet

I need to know why I am not able to make any calls as keeps saying reached cap limit but have unlimited calls? Also after ta day I am out of internet when I never had any issues. Can you please check as I am paying for a service I cannot use

If you're on an unlimited calls plan but are receiving a message that you've reached your cap limit, it's possible that you're trying to make chargeable out-of-plan calls, which aren't included in your unlimited allowance. You can view our out-of-plan charges here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/billing-and-charges/out-of-plan-charges 

 

Regarding your data usage, we'd recommend checking what's using your data on your phone:

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Mobile Data).
  • Scroll down to see which apps have used mobile data.
  • You can also turn mobile data off for apps you don't want using it.

For Android:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > App data usage (steps may vary slightly by device).
  • Review which apps are using the most data.
  • You can also enable Data Saver in Settings > Network & Internet > Data Saver to help reduce background data usage.
