Not being able to send text messages using a samsung 22+

I have a samsung 22+ . Since moving to id mobile i can receive text messages but i cannot send them. I always get a message pop up saying waiting to connect and check options- why is this

This issue is usually caused by a settings or network connection problem on the device, so it’s worth trying a few quick troubleshooting steps:

 

Check your SMS settings:

  • Go to Messages app
  • Tap Settings → More settings → Text messages
  • Check the Message Centre number is set correctly (this is essential for sending texts). If it’s missing or incorrect, Live Chat can provide the correct one.

 

Reset network settings (recommended):

  • Go to Settings → General management → Reset
  • Tap Reset network settings
  • Restart your phone afterwards
