No network coverage even though it says excellent,this is happening a lot lately.

Although the coverage checker may show excellent coverage for your area, things such as temporary faults, local congestion, buildings, or environmental factors can sometimes affect your service.

 

To see if this resolves the issue, we'd recommend trying the following:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
  • Ensure your network selection is set to Automatic.
  • Perform a network settings reset.
