Good evening. I’ve had a lot of trouble receiving any OTP from various sources (banks etc) and I’m not sure how to resolve it. I think it could be a network issue. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi,
I am so sorry to hear that you are unable to receive Opti pin. Kindly confirm if you have tried to reinsert your sim, if yes. Please try the following settings:
1. Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
2. Reset
3. Reset Network Settings.
4. Once the iPhone is open.
5. Go to Settings
6. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
7.This will recognize the sim and have it verified.
