Not registeted on network

I have received email saying switch is complete as of 29/05/26 but phone still says Not Registered on Network, so can't make calls or receive texts. I can't validate any emal requests, as I don't receive the text to authorise due to lack of network and old phone is broken, so cant use that.

We're sorry to hear that you're unable to use your service following the completion of your number transfer. We understand how frustrating this must be, particularly as you're unable to receive the verification texts needed to access your account.

 

If your phone is showing "Not Registered on Network", please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset
  • Remove the SIM card, wait a few minutes, and reinsert it
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensure the handset software is fully up to date
  • Manually search for available networks:
    • Go to Settings
    • Select Mobile Network / Connections
    • Turn Automatic Network Selection OFF
    • Select an available network manually
    • Then switch Automatic Network Selection back ON
  • If possible, test the SIM in another unlocked handset

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, it may indicate that the number transfer has not completed correctly or that there is an issue with the service provisioning.
