I have had the exact same issue from the day I joined last year!
I have gone back and forth and have had no joy.

I opened a complaint and I was told it was resolved. Unfortunately I have to rely on people telling me. I now have confirmation that I am missing so many calls. It just not on

I do apologise for the issue you’re experiencing. Could you please advise the make and model of your phone?

    Hi @qwertytrewq,

Please confirm if your number is displayed correctly with +44 before it.

    Thanks,
    Hosai
