I’ve just switched over to ID from Sky & I can’t receive any one time passcodes unless I’m at home on my own WiFi which is causing me issues logging into websites

    At home, is your phone in flight mode, while you’re using the iD WiFi Calling service, ​@joew1969?

    With this setup at home, you can send and receive SMS texts including SMS OTP texts?

    Away from home can you receive other SMS texts?

    I never use flight mode unless on a plane. My phone works perfectly but when I’m out anywhere I struggle to receive any SMS messages

    Okay, can you receive SMS texts at home by using the iD WiFi calling service, ​@joew1969? 

    When you’re away from home do your calls and mobile data work?

    Is your iD SIM the only SIM product in your phone?
