ongoing signal issue - my phone is always going to voicemail whne people are trying to call me

Hi 

I’m constantly being told that my phone is going to voicemail. I’m having issues with making and receiving calls. Since Chang over to your service it has been really poor. I haven’t been apply to access my app for a month 

the fact that my phone constantly has no signal is a huge concern as I have 2 young children and can be contacted at any point regarding them when they  are not with me
