OTP codes not received since joining ID mobile

OTP codes not received since joining ID mobile.

I left sky mobile last month to join ID mobile. My number seemed to transfer over fine but I have noticed today that I am not receiving OTP codes from multiple sources, ebay, barclays, HMRC etc.

They have all said that it is a network issue. I have reset my network settings, checked my number which is correct and various other things that I have seen in the forums.

Any help appreciated

Sorry to hear this, how long ago did you transfer your network over to us?

 

Although you did mention it, it is worth double checking all the steps at the below have been checked and followed;

Hi, about a month ago I swapped over. The correct number is also showing where required.

I have followed all the steps but I am still not receiving the messages.

When you go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and does it show the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from”?

Yes it is, but is shoes +44 instead of 0
