    Hi @toot1066,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing problems with delayed text messages, especially when some of them have been important.

Before making a decision, could you try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart your phone.
    • Make sure your phone's software is fully up to date.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
    • Check that you have a stable network signal when the delays occur.
    • Reset your network settings.

    For iPhone:

    1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
    2. Select Reset Network Settings.

    For Android:

    1. Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
    2. Tap Reset.
    3. Select Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.

It may also be worth checking whether the issue affects:

    • All text messages or only messages from certain contacts.
    • Both sending and receiving texts.
    • One location or multiple locations.

If you've already tried these steps and the issue continues, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can investigate further and, if required, raise a technical ticket: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

I'm sorry again for the inconvenience this has caused and can appreciate why this has affected your confidence in the service. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of it for you.

    Regards,
