PDP authentification failure France

I cannot activate my mobile data network. I am getting a message that says PDP authentication failure. I have tried turning off my mobile phone and turning it back on again rebooting it. I have tried switching flight mode on and off. It is still not working do I get a notification if ID Mobiletemporarily restricts my account?

I have the same problem in Denmark. ID what are you doing to fix this and how long can we expect to be without data please?

We're aware that some customers are unable to use Mobile Data (4G/5G) abroad. Our team is working with our network partner, Three UK, to fix this as soon as possible.

While we fix this, you can try switching your phone to Airplane mode for 60 seconds. Turn it back off after the 60 seconds are up, and your mobile data should reconnect.
