phone call coverage in terms of outside NI

I was just wondering about what the contract covers in terms of if I were to make a phone to someone say in Ireland?

    When calling Ireland, there will be a charge as this is considered an international call and is not included in your allowances.

    You may need to increase your bill cap in order to make these calls. Please find the charges below.
