    Hi @Jakub96.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your service. I understand how frustrating it is when your phone shows “emergency calls only.”

To help us look into this further, could you please confirm:

    Your full postcode
The make and model of your device

In the meantime, please try the following if you haven’t already:

    Restart your phone
Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it off
    Remove and reinsert your SIM

Once we have your details, we’ll be able to check coverage and guide you further.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita

    Hi @Jakub96

Thank you for confirming. Can you please try the following to see if this improves the services as there are no reported issues in the area:

    Steps:

    • Open Settings
    • Tap Connections
    • Select Mobile Networks
    • Tap Network Mode
    • Choose LTE/4G only
    • (or LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) and select the option without 5G)

If you don’t see “4G only”

On some versions, you may see options like:

    • 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto)
    • LTE/3G/2G (auto)

👉 In this case, select LTE/3G/2G, which effectively removes 5G and prioritises 4G.

    Extra tip

    • After changing the setting, turn Airplane Mode on and off or restart your phone to refresh the connection.
    • Switching to 4G can often improve stability, especially in areas where 5G coverage is weak or inconsistent.
