Phone won't call since my network provider changed and I downloaded my digital sim

I transferred from Talkmobile today and downloaded my digital sim but nothing is working. I can’t call anyone. Any ideas?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to make calls. 

 

Could you kindly please try doing a network reset: 

 

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings
2. Messages
3. Turn off iMessage.
4. Go to General
5. Reset
6. Reset Network Settings.
7. Once the iPhone is open.
8. Go to Settings
9. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
10.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.

 

For Android:

 

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

 

Please also ensure that the port in number is showing in the settings of your handset and not the temporary iD Mobile number.
