Hi @smiler16,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're still unable to use your mobile data and network services when you're away from home. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you've already tried several troubleshooting steps.

As you've already tried Airplane Mode, restarting your handset and removing/reinserting the SIM, please try the following additional checks:

Set your handset to 4G only
- Go to your mobile network settings.
- Select 4G/LTE only or the closest available 4G option.
- Restart your handset and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.
- Test your mobile data, calls and messages when you're away from Wi-Fi.
Check mobile data is enabled
- Make sure Mobile Data is switched on.
- If you have a dual-SIM handset, make sure your iD Mobile SIM is selected as the SIM for mobile data.
Check network selection
- Go to Settings > Mobile Network/Connections > Network Operators.
- Make sure Automatic Network Selection is enabled.
- If necessary, temporarily switch automatic selection off and select the iD Mobile/Three network, then switch automatic selection back on after testing.
Check your handset software
- Make sure your handset is running the latest available software update.
Test in another location
- Try using your mobile data and making a call in a few different nearby locations.
- This will help establish whether the issue is specific to one area.

If possible, please also test your SIM in another compatible unlocked handset. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the SIM or your handset.

If you're still unable to use your service when you're away from home after completing these steps, please contact us via Live Chat. Our team can complete the necessary security checks, check the network coverage for your area and investigate the issue further.
