Poor coverage

The network and coverage I have is awful. I don’t get signal in the village I work in and I don’t get signal where I am moving to even though the coverage says strong on the tracker! I am not getting the service I am paying for what can I do!

There can be many factors to way your service is so poor. Is this a recent issue have you just joined IDMobile? You could always leave and find a network that works for you and your device.
