I’m getting really poor coverage and network signal at home although the coverage checker tells me that it is strong

I've just checked your post code and 4G by all accounts is excellent all round this area as for 5G it's there but my be patchy. Bearing in mind this is just a guide, where you getting good service before?

There also no reported works or problems in this area, like anything this maybe a new network issue if you previously had good service. Is there anyone that uses IDMobile to compare services in the same location? Or try you sim on a different device?

@acmbarnes  Just to add I know this area very well and I normally have good service in this area, mind you I've not been through there for about 2 month's. Just check the steps that I mentioned earlier.
