poor internet

For the past week I’ve had really poor internet connection even though I’ve had full bars. This has been outside in city centre locations and even at home.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been having poor internet even with full signal. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it’s happening in multiple locations.

 

Let’s try a few quick fixes:

• Restart your phone
• Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
• Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Mode → set to 4G/5G Auto
• Reset APN settings to default
• Make sure any VPN is switched off
 

• Does the issue affect all apps or just certain ones (e.g. social media, maps, browsing)?
• Have you tried your SIM in another device (if possible)?
