Poor mobile signal

Everyone receiving my calls says I am breaking up and the signal is poor, I constantly have 2 out of 4 line of mobile signal. Quite often my calls get disconnected which is really annoying.

How to solve this? I want to have normal quality calls.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear your calls keep breaking up and disconnecting, that's really frustrating.

Here are a few things to try:

- Check our coverage checker for your specific area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
- Try removing and reinserting your SIM card
- If possible, try your SIM in another phone, this will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself
