Hi. I'm thinking about leaving ID as It looks like I have no network coverage in my place of work. I often can't open pages, check emails etc as it loading and loading. I have 50-75% signal but can't really use my phone. I don't think there is anythink you can do to change it? In this case I have rights to end my contract without any additional costs and return device to you.

    Hi @Driver3813,

We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your service at your place of work.

Before making any decisions, we'd recommend checking the coverage and network status in the area using our coverage checker, as this will show any known issues, maintenance, or expected service levels: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/coverage-and-networks/network-coverage-checker

If you're consistently experiencing problems despite having signal, we'd also recommend contacting our Live Chat team so they can investigate further and check whether there are any known issues affecting the area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

In terms of ending your agreement, any early termination options would need to be reviewed by our Customer Service team based on the specific circumstances of your account and the results of any network investigation.

    Regards,
