Poor phone signal and no internet (4g or 5g) at home

I joined ID Mobile recently, on the Mobile Coverage Checker I'm supposed to get 4G inside and outside the house, and 5G outside the house nearby. However, I'm unable to get 4G at all from any room, upstairs or downstairs.

When loading any website it can take up to 20 minutes to load. At random times during the day the signal might work (albeit terribly) for 5 minutes, allowing me to load a website in a few minutes.

I noticed this after my wi-fi went down, my broadband will be down for up to a week.

Has anyone else experienced the Internet checker saying you'll have 4G or 5G service, when in reality there is none whatsoever?

I've tried the obvious fixes, restarting device multiple times and across multiple days, updating my phone, and fiddling with other Internet settings.

I was recently abroad and got 5G signal, and when in a major town centre  so the SIM card must be working.

Am I stuck being a dead zone, with potential mast issues?

Using a Damsung S24 Ultra and physical sim card.

Hi ​@LambourneJ I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing. Have you tried doing a network reset? If not, please try the below prompts and let us know what you experience after you do it

 

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.
