Poor Signal

Past few days the signal strength has been significantly low in most areas of the East Midlands. Is there ongoing maintenance? It is effecting my work and what I do.

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about the low signal in the East Midlands. Please try the following steps to see if it helps:
 

Restart your phone.

Remove and reinsert your SIM card.

Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off.

Check your mobile network settings (ensure 4G/5G is enabled).

If possible, test your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists.

Keep an eye on network coverage in different locations to see if it improves.
