poor signal and network in central london- how to cancel contract

I’ve also got the same issue of awful network coverage all across central london: limited 4G but even then nothing loads. Have been with ID for 2 weeks so would like to cancel my contract- anyone able to point how to get a hold of them as haven’t reached any customer service people yet?

How can I easily cancel my contract without talking to an agent or anyone over the phone? The connection I get is so bad after trying for a month so I need to cancel.
