Poor signal and not able to make or receive calls

I am experiencing issues with poor or no signal and I can't answer or make calls.

I have tried switching my phone off multiple times and it seems to work sometimes.

I have tried a different sim from another provider in my phone and the phone is not the issue.

Can you please call me to discuss this issue because its been going on for the past 3 weeks which is not acceptable
