Poor Signal Since 3G Switchoff

We have 3 contracts with iD Mobile in our house and ever since the 3G switch off in our area every phone has next to no signal permanently. 2 of the phones are under 2 years old and we have been through all of the FAQ’s. The signal checker suggests good indoor and outdoor 4G coverage where we live but signal is non existent and this is outside in the surrounding area as well as in the house. Is this something that is going to change imminently or should we ask for PAC codes and move to another provider?

If the coverage checker shows that there is good signal in your area, then you should be able to use your services. Please contact us so we can see if there are any issues with the accounts.
