My ID number is with Smarty. (i ported long ago from ID to smarty).

I took pay monthly sim with ID, i want to port back to ID from smarty.

I have the message.

Hi LLeshi unfortunately we cannot transfer your number from one id account to another id account.

But my number is with smarty

Repeatedly posting the same content won’t get you support any faster especially on Christmas Eve.
