Can you get in contact to myself too. 4 phone calls to ID mobile over this and none helpful. Tried raising complaint and just sends you to the chatbot and not possible to speak to anyone on the phone. Just frustrating

Can't comment for all but this issue for me was not due to ID mobile sim, it is down to bugs within the second release beta version of ui9.0.  I have rolled back to ui8.5 and all is fine now with caller id and WiFi calling.

Maybe the next beta will fix this but who knows ?

Hey, same as everyone else. All my calls are coming through as private calls. I have been in touch several times and noone was able to provide a solution, which is frustrating when working in healthcare and unable to see whom is contacting me to determine if to call back and whom.

Im having to look at buying another network because of this. And frustrating not been able to get on phone to anyone in regards to this

​@aaron96if you're comfortable doing so, it may be worth trying the steps that ​@Cg2831 has suggested to see whether it improves the situation while the issue continues to be investigated. They've advised that reverting to a previous software version appears to have resolved the problem for them.
