Since yesterday i’ve had intermittent signal problems, internet goes completely off and calls/messages go to ‘emergency only’, i’m in postcode PR6 7DN is there a local problem or national?

    Hi @Kennyb41

Thanks for getting in touch, and sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing intermittent service issues.

I’ve checked the coverage for the PR6 7DN area and there are currently no reported local or national outages affecting service. You should not normally be experiencing loss of signal in this location.

As the issue appears to be intermittent, please try locking your handset to 4G only, as this can often stabilise connection when devices are switching between network types:

    For iPhone:

    • Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data
    • Select 4G

    For Android:

    • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode
    • Select 4G/LTE only

Once done, please restart your handset and monitor the connection.

If the issue continues after this, please let us know so we can investigate further for you.
