Reception drops to no bars when i dial numbers every now and then

Recently joined ID mobile and not happy. Randomly my phone reception drops to no bars when i dial numbers. The call never connects, and just sits there. Some time later I’m able to call without problem. I’m on iphone 12 and never had this issue with my previous providers. Not sure how to move forward with this, considering cancelling my contract as its not usable. 

Any suggestions?
