Registering to mobile is continously going off

We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Samsung Galaxy S21 FE repeatedly losing connection and dropping from the network.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset to refresh the network connection.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM card if possible, ensuring it is fitted correctly.
  • Check that your handset software is fully up to date.

Please also check your network settings:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Tap Network Mode
  5. Select 4G/3G/2G (Auto Connect) or try 4G/LTE only if available

You can also refresh the network registration:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Tap Network Operators
  5. Turn off Select Automatically
  6. Allow the available networks to load
  7. Select Three UK
  8. Turn Select Automatically back on

If the issue continues, please try resetting the network settings:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select General Management
  3. Tap Reset
  4. Choose Reset Network Settings

Please note this will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.

 

Once completed, please monitor the service and let us know if the issue continues, including whether this affects calls, texts, mobile data, or all services.
