Roaming Issues

Yesterday travelling through France my wife and I lost all data roaming. Both of us with ID mobile. There was no text or mail sent when service started about 5 hours later. Pretty poor customer service. Seems like there are often issues with roaming. Going to have to look to move.

I’m really sorry to hear you both lost data while travelling through France. I understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must have been.
 

Please try:
Toggle Airplane Mode on/off
Restart both devices
Check data roaming is enabled
Manually select a network
Confirm roaming add-on/plan is active
 

I’ve noted your feedback regarding the outage and lack of notification and passed this on for review.
