Roaming not switched on in app & on phone before leaving uk

I am in Spain & roaming was switched on in my iMobile app but not on my phone, can I use my data allowance as roaming is now switched on my phone aswell ? I read you can only use it if both are switched to roaming before leaving the UK ?

    Hi ​@Nickywil,

     

    Yes, that's correct. As long as roaming is now enabled on both your iD Mobile account and your phone, you should be able to use your allowance while you're in Spain.

     

    If you're still unable to use your data, we'd recommend performing a network settings reset and then manually selecting one of our roaming partners:

    • Vodafone
    • Telefonica
    • Xfera
    • Orange
    • Yoigo
    • Movistar

     

    Once you've connected to one of the above networks, let us know whether your services are working and we'll be happy to help further if needed.
