Roaming not working abroad, every step listed has been tried, texts and calls work but data does no

We're sorry to hear that your roaming data is not working abroad, especially as you've already tried all of the troubleshooting steps provided.

 

As calls and texts are working, this suggests that your handset is successfully connected to a roaming network. Please ensure that:

  • Your Bill Cap is not set to £0, as this can prevent chargeable roaming services from working in certain destinations
  • Data Roaming is enabled on your handset
  • Roaming is enabled on your iD Mobile account via the app
  • You are connected to a supported partner network in the country you are visiting
  • Mobile Data is enabled on the handset
  • The correct APN settings are in place
