Samsung GalaxyS24fe mobile data

I can make calls, send texts etc.

My mobile data was working but now it's not. 

I have done a factory reset but nothing changed. 

Any ideas what to do next?

Hi ​@Baaartman ,

 

As calls and texts are working, the SIM is active. Please try the steps below:
 

Check mobile data is on in your phone settings.

Check APN settings

APN: internet

Name: iD

Check your data allowance in the iD app or online account.

Set network mode to 4G/5G auto (not 2G/3G only).

Manual network selection → choose Three / 3UK, then restart the phone.

Test in another location or try the SIM in another phone if possible.

Check your data allowance in the iD app or online account.5 zit id

Set network mode to 4G/5G auto (not 2G/3G only) 5G preferred.  No optionfor 4G/5G.

Manual network selection → choose Three / 3UK, then restart the phone.it won't allow me to edit it, but not set to 3zuK

Test in another location or try the SIM in another phone if possible.have tried multiple locations to no avail.  No other phone available

I’m really sorry you’re having this issue.

To get this sorted quickly, please visit your nearest Currys / Carphone Warehouse store. They will be able to assist you further and issue a replacement SIM.

Please take a form of ID with you, and they can activate the SIM for you within an hour.
